Janeen “Bobbie” Kleffman will give us some tips on how to choose the right clothing to stay warm in the winter. From head to toe, whether sleighing, riding or spectating, Bobbie will talk about the best clothing choices for staying comfortable in the cold winter wind chills.

Bobbie lives in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and spends her winters horseback riding and sleigh driving.  She is the designer and manufacture of the “Kleffman Cloak”, a lightweight garment specially made for cold weather equine sports.  Bobbie is the current President of the Riders-In-Cahoots, Inc.  She also has a radio program with a Nation Public Radio affiliate (KAXE Community Radio) called All Things Equine.

Kleffman works for Itasca Community College as the Director of Applied Learning and College attainment.  She holds a master’s degree in Education.
